This is because Alberta has made so much extra cash since the price of oil has gone up since hurricane Katrina. You should notice that I didn't say "because"of hurricane Katrina, I just said "since" hurricane Katrina, but that is another story, but you, the reader already knew that, so goodbye.

Are you sure every "child" gets in on the $400 as well? I don't know at all, but I would be surprised if people under 18 were eligible.
Yah, every man woman and child. Young and old. This means that if you saved this money to subsidize yourself when you fill up your gas guzzler then the price of gas would be way cheaper for us, the oil producing Albertans.
That's a very nice gift, i wonder if people feel bad about complaining so much? I'm sure Ryker will appreciate it.
